Its a nice overall book but not enough emphasis on the sous vide cooking which is what I purchased it for.

This chicken tagine recipe is super tasty and is perfect for a midweek meal, OR your next dinner party. Having bought a sous vide cooker this was my first cookbook that covered the method. It is a really well written guide to getting started that encourages you to learn by doing. Each type of food has a starter recipe that will ensure instant success.
